Washed Suvin Cotton Denim Series
Responsible for the development of HAVEN’s in-house denim program, drawing on workwear heritage and utilitarian design principles. The project focused on creating a timeless, durable silhouette informed by traditional craftsmanship and a modern aesthetic. Developed a 13.5oz Suvin cotton selvedge denim, produced entirely in Japan, with fabric dyeing, weaving, and garment construction handled across Fukuyama, Ibara, and Okayama to ensure quality, longevity, and authenticity.

With a shared appreciation for technical innovation, iconic design and craftsmanship, Tilak and HAVEN are honest partners who have developed a limited capsule range that is built on Tilak’s iconic silhouettes but distilled through HAVEN’s lens.
The capsule is inspired by the harsh Canadian winter urban environments and the efforts it takes to combat this rugged terrain. The resulting product range seeks to meet the demands of these challenging conditions through technical apparel and accessories that are versatile and functional in a lifestyle and performance context.
Utilising performance fabrics like GORE-TEX® 3L and Polartec® alongside the appropriate technical features, including anatomical constructions and pockets with extended zipper pulls, each garment is an embodiment of their shared desire to keep the cold and rain at bay.
